Real Madrid have reached the Champions League final after defeating Bayern Munich 2-1 in the second leg of their semi-final clash on Tuesday. The hosts found another late fightback to book a Champions League final berth, despite Alphonso Davies putting Bayern in front.

The first leg of the semi-final ended in a 2-2 draw, which kept the tie in the balance heading to the Allianz Arena. Bayern Munich started the second leg brightly and took the lead through Davies in the 25th minute. However, Real Madrid fought back and Karim Benzema scored twice in the second half, including a late winner, to send the Spanish giants through to the final.

Real Madrid will now face either Manchester City or Paris Saint-Germain in the final, which will be played at the Stade de France on May 28.
